Joanne & Stuart Taylor's Wedding Day at St John's Lytham & The Villa, Wrea Green


This was always going to be a very special wedding day, I knew it, I could tell from our very first meeting, Joanne & Stuart were both open to ideas and suggestions, their mood board was superb and their venues were both lovely, Joanne's gown was utterly gorgeous and she had really beautiful Bridesmaids and Flower Girls, everything was planned brilliantly all in all a recipe for the perfect wedding day!!!!...

We delivered the beautifully fragrant wedding bouquets first, the scent was heavenly when I lifted the layers of tissue the sweetness of the Lily of the Valley, Freesia & English garden Roses just filled the room.

The Bridesmaid's Bouquets included a selection of English & Dutch Roses, Freesia, Blackberries, Hydrangea, Wax Flower, Thalaspi & Eucalyptus


I headed off to St John's to meet up with the Groom and his party and to arrange the posies on the end of some of the pews.

The posies included Roses, Hydrangeas, Wax Flower Blossom, Champagne Grass, Pittosphorum and Palm
The Groom's Mum's Corsage of Phalaenopsis Orchids, Roses, Wax Flower Blossom & Roses, completed with just a little diamante sparkle.

The Bridesmaids Bouquets toned perfectly with their pink gowns



The Bride's Mum looked beautiful and her Corsage of Phalaenopsis Orchids, Rose Buds, Nerines and  Albiflora toned perfectly with her ensemble.

Joanne's wedding bouquet was in shades of pinks, ivories and vintage pinks, I included English Garden Roses Patience & Miranda, Freesia, Lily of the Valley, Blackberries, Albiflora Bruneii, Rosemary, Eucalyptus and lots of fresh herbs and foliages

The celebrations moved to The Villa where the tables were dressed with beautiful hurricane lamp designs
We created a circle of fresh Roses, Hydrangeas, Freesias, fresh herbs and foliages surrounding a large glass hurricane lamp protecting a chapel candle



The Pew end posies from Church were transferred into glass vases and were used on windowsills and fireplaces


The Wedding Breakfast menu sounded delicious






The Villa is a really unique venue
