The Perfectly Beautiful Wedding of Charlotte & John Wilson

Christina & I had the most wonderful meetings with Dierdre, Charlotte's gorgeous Mum, so it seemed appropriate to begin this lovely posting with some pictures of Dierdre... with her fabulous handbag dressed with fresh flowers. Shirl used Crystal Blush Calla Lilies, rolled Metalina Rose Petals, Akito Roses and white Hydrangea in the handbag corsage
Charlotte's fab Dad David was next to have his Buttonhole pinned on while Charlotte was having the finishing touches done to her magnificent hair do.

John Charlotte's very handsome Groom had organised a huge bouquet of fresh Delphiniums, Roses, Lilies, Gerbera and Hydrangeas all in lovely shades of pale pink to be delivered to his Bride the evening before, you've just got to marry a man as romantic as this!

The uber dynamic photographer extrodinaire Jonny Draper arrived next, just in the nick of time for the big wedding bouquet reveal

Christina was assisting with the nail varnish application, whilst I unveiled the bouquets
There were just a few tears (Good Ones of course!)I included Fresh fragrant Lily of the Valley, Sweet Peas, Captain Rosette & Crystal Blush Calla Lilies, White Peonies, Lissianthus, Astilbe and Dill in this light and delicate pink and ivory wedding bouquet

Then we were off to St Annes Parish Church just along the road from the Bride's family home
The arch over the front door was dressed with Sweet Avalanche & Avalanche Roses, Peonies, Hydrangeas, Stocks and Pinkalina
The Lytch Gate was also decorated with an arch of fresh flowers and lanterns
John, Charlotte's gorgeous Groom was wearing a Patience Rose & Lily of the Valley Boutonniere
The Groom's Mum's Handbag Corsage in palest pink shades

The porch area was illuminated with candelit lanterns and perfumed with delicate posies of fragrant blooms and herbs

Inside Church I'd arranged three huge pedestals in secret garden style urns, I used Delphinium Elatum, fresh Hydrangeas, Peonies, Roses, Tuberosa and Lissianthus
The alternate pews were decorated with Pink & White Hydrangeas surrounded by fragrant Sweet Peas
I loved these floral shoes (left) and a pale blue dress corsage

How gorgeous does Dierdre look? And the very beautiful Alexandra

Charlotte looked completely breathtaking

Huge and ginormous congratulations to Charlotte and John

Christina handed out the luscious David Austin fragranced Rose Petals to the elegant Groom's Mum and all of the guests lining the pathway

The Bride & Groom walked a "Tunnel of Love" Rose Petal shower

Then to The Grand for the festivities, as ever it looked stunning dressed with fabulous chair covers by Creative Cover Hire
I'd designed these silver candelsticks dripping in Roses, Dahlias, Peonies, Calla Lilies, Oregao, Hosta, Astilbe, and Roses for each table centrepiece

The wonderful Caroline from The Grand excorted the Bride & Groom in to the Room to see it first before any of their guests

The Pew ends were used on the light fittings and the Church Arches were used on the windowsills to complete the look of utter opulence

This was such a special wedding and we'd like to wish Charlotte & John every single happiness possible.
We all thoroughly enjoyed creating the flowers as I said to David (Brides Dad) this was a labour of love and we enjoyed every second, many thanks to The Fothergill's and the Wilson's for choosing us and for making us so welcome throughout the day!
